Attention Chromebook Users: We’ve become aware this morning that Google pushed out a Chrome OS Update that has caused issues with the VJC6 software that accompanies the engineering construction kits.
This update does not affect the LJ Create LMS system, so all the lessons can be opened and used normally, but the saving and downloading of programs in VJC6 is interrupted. We are working to research and resolve this as quickly as possible, but for now, please disable automatic updates of your Chromebooks, and do not manually update them.
If your machines have updated, you will need to use PCs to run the VJC6 software until we are able to resolve this issue. If you need assistance getting the software running on PCs or reformatting your controllers to work with PCs, please reach out at 1-800-237-3482 or raise a support ticket.
