Run-time error '339' is displayed.
This version of the PLC Simulator software required Flash in order to run. As Flash is no longer supported (from the end of 2020) and is actively blocked (from 16th January 2021) it may no longer be possible for the software to display this media.
Version 4
The program crashes when the “Loading Simulation...” screen appears after having pressed the play button.
This issue is caused by Microsoft's April 2021 patch KB5001330, which effects Windows 10 (OS Builds 19041.928 and 19042.928).
If you have been effected by either of these issues then please raise a support ticket, including details of your product* and establishment. We will reply with access to the latest version of the software.
*If at all possible please provide at least one of the following;
- Product serial number (located near the power socket)
- Photo of your hardware
- Original purchase details (order date and PO number)
