The learning materials in many of our installed software packages require Flash in order to run. As Flash is no longer supported (from the end of 2020) and is actively blocked (from 16th January 2021) it may no longer be possible for the software to display this media.
If you have been effected by this please raise a support ticket, including the product(s) you require software for and your establishment details. We will reply providing access to alternative materials either via our Cloud Portal or a replacement ISO file to install.
