In preparation for the 'end of life' of Adobe Flash we have taken a number of steps to remove the requirement for Flash within ClassAct II.
Presentations : For some time an HTML5 equivalent of all our presentation material has been available. In March 2020 this became the default presentation method within ClassAct II.
Investigations : The vast majority of our investigations had no requirement for Flash. Of those that did, due to the inclusion of a Flash application, many have now been converted to an HTML5 compatible format. In November 2020 those remaining investigations with a Flash element were removed while we continue to work on alternatives.
Assessments / Practical Assessments : Most of our assessments had no requirement for Flash. Those that did have all now been converted to HTML5 format.
Practical Tasks : None of our practical lessons use online Flash applications and are therefore unaffected. Some of our practical resources still rely on offline Flash applications, however, we are finalising alternate HTML5 equivalents.
