What is a Resource Access Certificate (RAC)?Example Resource Access Certificate (RAC)

A Resource Access Certificate or RAC is an A5 printed document providing instructions on how to get access to various materials supplied by LJ Create. There are various types of RAC depending on the product you have purchased.

What are the main types of RAC?

RACs will provide details on how to get access to:

  • PDF curriculum manuals
  • our online portal page (cloud.ljcreate.com)
  • hardware drivers
  • third-party software
  • various other control software

Why do I need to send an email?

In order to ensure you receive the correct software, some RACs will require you to send a code (via email) to support@ljcreate.freshdesk.com. The code needs to be entered into the subject line of the email and is obtained from the RAC supplied with the hardware. You will receive an automated email response with details on how to download the ISO file. If you need further information on ISO files please refer to our ISO File FAQ page.

Do I need to keep the RAC?

We encourage customers to keep their RACs in a safe place (as you would do a CD or DVD) so that you are able to download the latest software for updating or re-installation at a later date.

What do I do if I lose or I never received an RAC?
