Where can I obtain the VCL software for my Analogue and Digital Motor Control teaching set?
Your trainer would have originally been supplied with a CD containing the VCL control software, or more recently a resource access certificate (RAC) detailing how to download your software. Please refer to your original CD or RAC to re-install your software.
Lost your RAC or original CD? In this case the quickest method to get you the software you require is to raise a support ticket. Please include as much information as possible including your establishment and details of your product.
My hardware isn't being detected by VCL, what could be the problem?
Firstly check that you have installed the USB drivers and that you have selected the correct hardware (USB ADAP1).
Secondly you may find that you require administrator user rights on first connection of the hardware to allow the drivers to install correctly.
The manual tells me to load a setup file, where should I get these from?
By default the location of the setup files should be selected simply by clicking File>Load setup. If for some reason this doesn't happen you can navigate to the default install location which is C:\Program Files (x86)\LJ Create\VCL
