We encourage customers to keep their software in a safe place but we understand sometimes the place is so safe that... you forget where it is! If this is the case we can usually arrange to provide the software that was originally supplied with your equipment via our file transfer site.
Below is an explanation of how you can obtain the various types of software we supply.
Drivers and Hardware Specific Software
Much of the essential software required for our equipment, such as drivers and control software, is available directly from this website. Please go to the Downloads section or the help section for the piece of equipment. In either of these locations you will find a selection of links to directly download what you need.
PDF Manuals
Equipment such as our D3000 range of electronics and Transducers, Instrumentation & Control Trainer are supplied with manuals in PDF format. These are available on CD or more recently via our Resource Access Certificates (RAC). If you have your RAC you can simply go through the original download procedure again to obtain another ISO image.
Lost your RAC or original CD? In this case the quickest method to get you the manuals you require is to raise a support ticket. Please include as much information as possible including your establishment and description of your product. If you are able to attach a photo please do so as it allows us to identify exactly what version of the equipment you have so we can ensure you get the most relevant manuals.
Digital Resource Library (DRL)
We now supply Resource Access Certificates (RAC) which explain how to access your learning materials online. This ensures you are always using the very latest version of our content.
What if your DRL was originally supplied on CD/DVD? Did you know you can access your learning materials online using the codes supplied on the back of the CD sleeve? Just head over to cloud.ljcreate.com and enter the code.
Lost your RAC or original CD? In this case the quickest method to get access to your curriculum material is to raise a support ticket. Please include as much information as possible including your establishment and description of your product. If you are able to attach a photo please do so as it allows us to identify exactly what version of the equipment you have so we can ensure you get access to the correct software.
Simulators
Many of our products include control software that can also be used as a simulator, such as our Industrial Control Trainer. We don't make this software openly available but in many cases it can be downloaded directly from your learning content. Just go into any practical lesson and look for the hardware reference sheet. It will look something like this:
Open this up and look for the Software Installation section which will include the software download link.

Third Party Software
Some products, our PLC trainers for example, come with third party software. It is extremely important that you ensure the software and licencing certificates, information and USB keys (if applicable) are kept safe. Unfortunately while we will try our best to work with the organisations in question we can't guarantee to be able to recover lost licences for third party software and a cost may be incurred for sourcing replacement licences and/or software.
