On rare occasions there are instances where it is impossible to load programs onto the controller.
If this happens connect the controller to your computer with the USB cable and find the controller which will show as a removable drive on your PC.
Right click this drive and select the option to "format". On the next screen select the settings shown below.
Click the Yes or OK boxes on the subsequent warning screens. Once formatted the controller is ready to use again.
