Some practical learning units within the LMS are designed to work with specific hardware supplied by LJ Create. In such cases these practicals may be locked when you first start using the LMS. They can easily be unlocked using the activation key supplied with the hardware.
1. Navigate to the Classes/Edit page.
2. Select any class.
3. Select the ‘Assign Work’ button.
4. Enter your activation code (supplied with hardware).
5. Select the Activate button.
Notes:
• Activation only needs to be carried out once per site.
• If your LMS site has sub-sites, activation is required at each sub-site. If you are the whole site administrator you will see the status of sub-site activations instead of an Activation Code input box:
If you have lost your activation code you will need to speak to your agent/representative or if this isn't possible or applicable raise a support ticket with details of your original order and establishment and we will do our best to re-issue the activation code(s).
